More about BMC and Christine's teaching:
From deep inside the marrow of our bones to the vast expanse of our outer most layer of skin the practice of Body-Mind Centering is a practice of embodying our full selves in all of our tissues. Through movement and hands on explorations we will explore different aspects of how we relate to ourselves, others and our environment.
If you have wanted to learn more about Body-Mind Centering, or have wanted to deepen or widen your movement and touch abilities, join us for her weekend workshops or Somatic Body training.
Christine's workshops and trainings are for anyone interested in exploring the body. Body-Mind Centering® is a discipline that has informed and inspired people in many fields of study (moving and healing arts, psychotherapy, occupational therapy, and for personal growth).
Christine also connects our inner world with the outer landscape. For example, the veins of plant leaves dispersing the flow of sap is similar to our arteries branching into arterioles and finally diffusing into all of the bodies' cells. Surrounded by the beauty of Dharma Door and Vermont, be prepared to connect with yourself in new ways and in relationship to nature.
