happy 1st birthday Dharma Door

June 15th
Dear Dharma Door family,
Dharma Door will celebrate our first birthday this June 15th.
Thank you! I could not do this without you. I created this space for you/us. My goal is to create an accessible and sustainable community meeting ground that out lives me.
Many people still do not know about DD and the hardest part so far has been getting the word out about the workshops here. I am working towards the tipping point.
The events this Saturday will be filmed and photographed by a friend. This day will be part free classes and part video and stopping to take cool photos.
My goal is to create a fun day and have a great video to introduce people to Dharma Door and some great photos for better promotional materials.
Your participation in this Saturday's gathering will be a great deal of help for me.
The revolution will be youtubed/tweeted.
I need at least 3 people to make the classes happen.
Please RSVP by 5pm on Friday. I will edit the online calendar by 6pm on Friday so you know what to expect.
Celebration!
9:15-10:30am: The Movement, Journal, Tea Class and photos
11:15am-12:30pm: Movement/Yoga Class and photo shoot
12:30: Lunch Potluck
3pm: Sound bites
4-5:15pm: Movement/Yoga Class and photo shoot
6:15-7:30pm: Movement/Yoga Class and photo shoot
7:30pm: Dinner Potluck and Bonfire (bring musical instruments and/or a song to share)
8:30pm: short sister circle photo shoot at the bonfire
Movement/Yoga with Abbi: I will teach from the full range of what I love. I will teach to the people in the room (you!). We will be inside and outside. This will be part class and part ‘stop and take a cool photo.’
Sound bites: If you have been impacted by Dharma Door, the mountain and setting here, being or learning from our visiting teachers, or if you have been impacted by Abbi’s teaching or Lissy’s massage, and feel comfortable sharing, please let us know. We will be collecting written testimonials and perhaps a video or sound bite from you.
Let me know how I can help you too on any project you are working on. We are in this together.
I appreciate you!
Abbi
